Museo Delle Maioliche Medievali

L'esposizione delle maioliche, realizzata in vetrine ricavate in vecchie nicchie scavate nel tufo, è formata dagli scarti di due fornaci operanti in via della Cava dalla seconda metà del Trecento fin oltre la metà del Cinquecento, ed è stata arricchita con acquisizioni di maioliche aventi legami con i due laboratori.

The exhibition of ceramics, made from old windows obtained in niches carved into the tuff, is made out of the remaining of two furnaces operating in via della Cava from the second half of the XIV Century until after the middle XVI Century, and has been enriched with acquisitions of majolica with links with the two laboratories.
