Il Bagatti Valsecchi è uno straordinario esempio di casa museo perfettamente conservata. L'arredo è rimasto intatto nella maniera in cui la crearono i proprietari, i due fratelli Fausto e Giuseppe Bagatti Valsecchi. Qui raccolsero anche la loro collezione di dipinti, sculture, armi, vetri, oreficerie, ceramiche, tessuti, libri, oggetti d'artigianato appartenenti all'intero ciclo del Rinascimento lombardo e italiano.

Bagatti Valsecchi is an extraordinary example of a perfectly preserved museum-house. The furniture remained the same as the owner, the brothers Fausto and Giuseppe Bagatti Valsecchi had wanted. There they gathered their collection of paintings, sculptures, weapons, glass, jewelry, ceramics, textiles, books, crafts belonging to the whole cycle of the Lombard and Italian Renaissance.
